Picturesque La Paz

 In memory of Steve B.

When I stepped out of the bus station onto the beautiful malecon of La Paz, I could only say, "Ah.". The turquiose waters and the wide sidewalk alongside was immediately calming and the charm of La Paz flooded my senses.

Our Uber driver took us right to the condo we'd rented two blocks from the malecon, and a twenty-minute walk to a variety of restaurants, with plenty of fine sights in between, like this eclectic highrise:

And on our walk to our first meal out, I thought of our daughter-in-law's photo album entitled "Missoula in Passing." Here is "La Paz in Passing:"

I'd be lying if I didn't tell you that Bruce and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a luxury condo.  Our rooms on the third level, provided easy access to the rooftop hot tub and terrace.  A private balcony provided the perfect coffee spot.  Our three days there, Mar 17 - 20 quickly flew by!
